His new mission is to find the Moonraker, a space shuttle that has been stolen while enroute to England from the United States. He is challenged by the powerful Hugo Drax, a rich industrialist obsessed with the conquest of space. Bond's travels take him from California to Italy, and on to Brazil where he uncovers Drax's evil scheme. Along the way he is assisted by beautiful Dr. Holly Goodhead, and sensuous Corinne Dufour while being threatened by sinister Chang, Drax's manservant, and Jaws, the towering giant with metal teeth. There is quite a bit of humor in this Bond film. With Jaws falling in love with the tiny blond, albiet buck-toothed Dolly. They truly make the "Odd Couple". The "Close Encounters" theme played as an entry code, and the 2001 theme added in, too. -- part contents for background part 10 ----- text ----- Michael Lonsdale as Hugo Drax Lois Chiles as Holly Goodhead Richard Keil as Jaws Blanche Ravalec as Dolly Corinne Clery as Corinne Dufour Bernard Lee as "M" Lois Maxwell as Moneypenny Desmond Llewelyn as "Q" Walter Gotell as Anatol Gogol Title song by Shirley Bassey -- part contents for background part 9 ----- text ----- 2 Hrs. 6 Min.
